Finance and Accounting Staff – TENGA Europe GmbH

Job Description

Position entails overall accounting duties for TENGA Europe GmbH.

Duties will include:

・Management of accounts receivable payable

・Processing of income statements

・Preparation of financial reports for head office

・European tax-related tasks

・Invoice creation / management ・Expense processing business and other small cash management

Requirements

・Must have proficiency with Excel Functions.

・Business level Japanese and English.

・Over 3 years experience in accounting positions.

・Interest in TENGA and iroha brand items.

・Experience with Accounting software “Sage50” preferable.

・Position based in Dusseldorf, Germany. (Visa support available for working holiday visa holders.)

Working Hours

09:00 ~ 18:00 (1 hour break inc.)   ※Discretionary Labour System may apply.

E-Commerce Admin Staff – TENGA Europe GmbH

Job Description

Operation of E-Commerce (built on the Shopify platform) performing mainly back-end duties such as warehouse and inventory management and assisting in product registration process in multiple languages.

Position will involve cooperation with TENGA Japan head office and the Marketing Department.

Requirements

・Business level English and German required.

・Experience in E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify and knowledge in EPR Software JTL.

・Interest in TENGA and iroha brand items.

・Over 3 years experience in administrative position.

・Residing in and legally eligible to work in Germany (resident, citizen, visa and otherwise).
