Is the TENGA Puffy reusable?
Yes! With proper washing and care, the TENGA Puffy is reusable.
Please note that product longevity may vary in accordance with methods and strength of use, lubricant choice, cleaning and storage methods, and overall maintenance.
For best results, use TENGA HOLE LOTION and always follow care instructions.
Is the TENGA Puffy electronic?
The TENGA Puffy is not electronic and may be enjoyed manually.
What is different about each TENGA Puffy?
The internal details differ depending on the Puffy model, so you can enjoy a variety of sensations.
How should I wash the TENGA Puffy?
1) Remove the Top Cover with the TENGA logo from the Product Body.
2) When the Top Cover and Insertion Point Cap are removed, you can easily wash the inside of the product.
※Be sure to remove the Top Cover when cleaning. If the cover is still attached while washing, water will enter the internal structure of the product and affect usage or cause damage.
3) Use the Insertion Point Cap to dry the product simply and hygienically. Allow to dry by aligning the “DRYING” mark on the Product Body with the mark on the inside of the Insertion Point Cap. Leave the Top Cover removed from the Product Body and dry it thoroughly in a well-ventilated place.
※Wash with cold or tepid water.
※Use only neutral or mild soap. Soaps high in acid or alkaline content may damage product material.
※Do NOT wash with alcohol or other cleaners.
※Please ensure the product is completely clean and dry before storing to help avoid mold and other build-up.
How should I lubricate the TENGA Puffy?
Lubricate both the inside and around the insertion point to allow for smooth entry. Insufficient lubrication may make it difficult to insert, or cause discomfort during use.
