What is the TENGA FLIP 360?

Is the product reusable?
Yes! With proper washing and care, the product is reusable. Please note that product longevity may vary in accordance with methods and strength of use, lotion choice, cleaning and storage methods, and overall maintenance.
For best results, use TENGA HOLE LOTION / TENGA Lotion and always follow care instructions.
Is the product electronic?
The product is not electronic and may be enjoyed manually.

What should I use for lubrication with the product?
The product includes one sample of TENGA Lotion Regular.
We recommend using TENGA Lotion for further uses. Please note that while the material of the interior (TPE) should be compatible with other water-based lotions, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur from third-party lubricants.
Oils and silicone-based lubricants should not be used, as these can damage the material.
How do I open the Product?
The FLIP 360’s innovative, twisting shape means that opening and closing it is different from other FLIP Series products. Once you have mastered opening and closing the unconventional shape, you’ll uncover unparalleled all-encompassing satisfying sensations.
Push the upper side of the Product Body in the direction of the arrows to open.
With the Product Body placed on the stand, slide the Slide Guards near the top together to close it firmly until you hear a click.
* The Product Body can open up to 110°. Opening beyond this angle will cause damage.
How should I lubricate the product?
Place the open Product on the stand and lubricate the inside of the item.
* The Product Body can open up to 110°. Opening beyond this angle will cause damage.
* Over-lubrication may cause leakage of lotion during use.
* After closing the Product Body, please also lubricate the insertion point.
How should I wash the product?
① After use, open the product and wash thoroughly with cold or tepid water and mild soap.
② After washing, shake off excess water and pat dry with a soft cloth.
<Warning>
■ Wash with cold or tepid water.
■ Use only neutral or mild soap. Soaps high in acid or alkaline content may damage product material.
■ Do NOT wash with alcohol or other cleaners.
■ Please ensure the product is completely clean and dry before storing to help avoid mold and other build-up.
■ Do not place in hot water for extended periods of time (50°C/122°F or higher).
■ The Product Body can open up to 110°. Opening beyond this angle will cause damage.
How should I dry the product?
Place the open Product Body on the Stand to dry.

How should I store the product?
Once completely dry, close the Product Body and place it on the Stand.
The product packaging also serves as the Storage Box for the item.

Currently there are a number of counterfeit TENGA items on the market. While they may look very similar to authentic TENGA products, the quality is far inferior and may even be dangerous to use.
